Sign PDF
Sign a PDF in Your Browser
Draw or upload your signature, drop it on any page, and download the signed PDF. This is a visual signature, like signing a printout — not a cryptographic / PKI digital signature. Your file never leaves your device.
How it works
1. Add a PDF
Drop the file in or pick it from your device.
2. Draw or upload a signature
Use the canvas with mouse, trackpad, stylus, or finger. Or upload a PNG / JPG of your signature.
3. Drop and download
Drag the signature where you want it, resize, and download a signed PDF.
FAQ
Is this a legally binding signature?
It depends on your jurisdiction and the document. In many places a visible signature on a document is treated like a hand-signed scan. For contracts that require strict identity proof or audit trails, use a dedicated e-signature service.
Is this a digital signature like Adobe Sign or DocuSign?
No. Those services attach a cryptographic certificate that can detect later edits and verify the signer's identity. PDF Plain only adds a visible signature image. We do this because everything runs in your browser without an account.
Can I sign multiple pages?
The V1 tool signs one page at a time with one signature. To sign a different page, switch to that page in the editor and use the "Move signature here" button, then download.
Is my signature image saved anywhere?
No. The drawing and the signed PDF are created in your browser. Nothing is uploaded.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. You can draw with your finger on touch devices and download the signed PDF directly.
